First Dallas Story | New Language, Same Mission

For the first time in our church’s history, First Baptist Dallas now offers a Slavic Sunday School class. Sergey and Vitaliy are leading this new initiative, translating the same curriculum used in our adult Sunday School classes into Russian. This class provides a crucial resource for Russian-speaking families during the ongoing turmoil in Ukraine and Russia. Sergey and Vitaliy seek to embody the First Dallas mission of transforming the world with God’s Word one life at a time.

First Dallas Story | A Simple Invite

After spending a year and a half looking for a church home, Jonathan and Erica Webb found their way to First Baptist Dallas through an email Jonathan’s dad forwarded them. After visiting, they quickly got plugged into the Young Marrieds Ministry and found community in their Sunday School class. Their time at First Dallas has been about more than just finding a church; it’s been about growing stronger in their faith. What started as a casual visit to hear a guest speaker turned into finding the church they had been praying for.

In just one year, Lucia traveled from Beijing to Dallas and experienced a spiritual hunger to abundance. Through her involvement at First Baptist Dallas and the Women's Bible Study, Lucia feels more courageous in facing life's challenges. By sharing her story, Lucia emphasizes the importance of learning and growing in faith and expresses gratitude to God and to this country, where they can freely live out God's will for their lives.

Introduction:  Cable news programs are filled with pundits making predictions about what might happen six months or a year from now.  If even half of their predictions come true, they are considered geniuses.  But today, we are going to look at one Prophet who has a 100% success rate in predicting the future…because He has planned the future.
